We are very well aware of the cool and lavishing life of Delhi, full of fun, excitement and much more, but there is one more side of Delhi, the unknown places near it, so damn natural. Many of you would not have heard of these places. So, here’s a little snippet about them:
BINSAR
The beauty of this place is beyond explanation. Located in the part of Himalayan region, it is the most fairly destination around Delhi, tourists are yet unknown of which. It is one of the highest hill station in Kumaon side Delhi region.
Kedarnath Peak, Shivling Trishul and Nanda Devi is the main view points, one should atleast have a visit.
NAUKUCHIATAL
Also identified as “THE LAKE OF NINE CORNERS”, it is a small but yet very eye-catching hill station. It has the deepest of all the lakes in the Nainital Region, placid and beautiful one. Paragliding is an amazing Adventure Sport that you can experience here.
Bhimtal, Rani Khet, Haldwani, Sat Tal are the attractions of Naukuchiatal, no one should miss.
PITHORAGARH
Collection of huge, sky touching snow clad peaks, alpine forests, green valley and perennial rivers, the beauty is this place is unexpectedly fluttering. It is located in Kumaon region of Uttakhand.
Make sure to visit this valley atleast once in the lifetime.
FAGU
Himalayan submits from here, surrounded with little hill town in the Kufri region of Shimla. Little stone walled houses and lushy green grass increases the cuteness of this place.
It is definitely one of the place full of charm, near Delhi best suited for weekends.
PANGOT
Also known as a trove for all the birdwatchers, located in the Nainital district of Uttranchal. The record of around 680 birds, has increased the love of all the nature lovers for Pangot.
This charming little hill station will definitely make your weekends worthwhile !!!
MUNSIYARI
One of the most popular destination for mountaineers and trekking lovers, not yet have regular visitors. A vivid view of Panchachuli peaks from here, increases the beauty of this place.
It is also the starting point for the trekking over the world’s famous Milam Glaciers.
